The Latin dance specialist sported an athletic bra and leggings in the selfie she shared with fans.
Her curly hair cascaded over her shoulder in the picture, and her abs were on display.
She wrote: "Hotel room, messy hair and a coffee...it’s not often that I get to sleep in and I’m enjoying it!"

The couple were only married for a year before The Mirror made claims that they have parted ways.
A source told the publication: "Karen and Jordan have had a tough time in the past few months and decided to split. It's obviously very sad for both of them.
"But there's no ill-will whatsoever. The split is amicable, and they wish each other the best."
