CAREER CONCERNS
Justin has reportedly been left with major concerns over his ex's memoir revelations.
An insider told The U.S. Sun exclusively earlier this month that the Trolls voice actor is "on edge" after revelations from the past came back to haunt him in The Woman in Me.
According to the source, Justin has expressed "big concern" that Britney's claims about him might affect his music comeback.
His reps are reportedly working overtime to "keep Justin clean of the fallout from this," but the insider noted that "behind the scenes, there are major worries."
How stars like Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran & Cat Burns brought back Cool BritanniaPer the insider, Justin has spent months preparing for his "big music comeback."
The source went on to say: "For months the plan was all positive vibes built around the plan of Justin being back with some huge hip-hop tunes.
"But now it is what will he say about Britney and how will he handle it both in media promotion and even with fans? And no matter what people say publicly, behind closed doors the biggest fear is whether any of this will impact his sales. That is a big f**king worry."
Justin is said to be hoping to set out on tour in 2024 and considering a potential slate of shows around the world after that.
According to the insider: "Truthfully, no one is sure how Justin will come out of this at the moment. The dust needs to settle on the headlines and shock of Britney's words.
"Justin has been really focused on this music comeback with a desire to show just how great he is on the live stage. He has a stellar collection of hits and is excited to show off this new album in front of audiences."
"It is a really big 12 months ahead of him. Certainly, before all this blew up, the mindset was that Justin would re-establish himself as one of the best male entertainers of modern pop," they added.
"The desire remains. Certainly going out and delivering new chart hits and killer shows will go a long way to make audiences forget about these controversies."
LEFT REELING
Amid all the news about him, it's been reported that Justin and his wife Jessica Biel are "reeling" over Britney's allegations.
An insider shared with The U.S. Sun: "Justin owns who he was when he and Britney were together, even though his personality, career, lifestyle, and personal priorities are radically different now, 20 years later.
"This book is a nightmare for him because of how it throws the whole family into chaos. The timing stings as much as the revelation itself."
They went on to echo the latest reports about his career hopes, saying: "Justin had a big fall planned with new music on deck, more work with his old friends in NSYNC, and of course, the next installment of the Trolls franchise, which has been a huge moneymaker for Justin over the last several years."
Ahead of the memoir's release, there was massive speculation about what reveals it might contain about Britney and Justin's relationship and more.
