The first of Matthew Perry's costars has spoken out about his death.
Maggie Wheeler, the actress who played Janice Hosenstein on Friends and starred alongside Perry, posted a tribute to him on Instagram.
"What a loss. The world will miss you Mathew Perry. The joy you brought to so many in your too short lifetime will live on," she wrote.
"I feel so very blessed by every creative moment we shared."
Wheeler's character on Friends was a longtime on-and-off girlfriend of Perry's character, Chandler Bing.

Currently, no other main cast members of Friends have spoken about Perry's death.
Matthew Perry was found dead in his home on Saturday after drowning.
According to TMZ, a cardiac event in his jacuzzi caused his death.
There were no drugs at the scene and no foul play was involved, according to sources from TMZ.
