I’M A Celeb’s Nick Pickard has revealed he lost a lot of weight during his stint in camp.
Although the likes of Josie Gibson and Fred Sirieix tried their best with the cooking, the pounds just dropped off!
Hollyoaks actor Nick, 48, has confessed that rice and beans has had quite the impact on his shape.
In an interview with The Sun, he admitted that there were "weight restrictions" when it came to competing in the daily Bushtucker Trials.
"I've lost one stone three pounds!", he explained. "They weigh you at certain points during the trials and things because there are weight restrictions like on the Critter Mixer and I was trying to look(at the scales) but the medic wouldn't show me."

He added: "So it makes it all the more interesting when you come out."
The soap star also admitted that he received plenty of warning when it came to readjusting to life away from camp rations and back to normality.
"One of the ladies said to me, when I was in there, [she] said to me to be careful what I ate when I came out today because I had been on a balanced diet.
"I said that is the understatement of the year. A balanced diet? I have been starving!"
Even before his entering the Australian bush, the fourth I'm A Celeb evictee admitted that he was partial to a late night trip to the fridge.
And jungle fans were convinced they had spotted the Hollyoaks favourite enjoying a panini in the jungle.
But the actor has revealed that the jungle has made him reassess his habits and he is now far less likely to gorge out on a midnight snack.
Nick. who was the fourth celebrity to be voted out of the camp, told The Sun: "All the things I do at home, there's things like you know, that you try which you couldn't do that because you couldn't get up at night.
"So there'll be no more and that's one thing I've learned, I'm going to definitely try to do no more midnight trips to the fridge, because that's where you put on your weight."
When asked if he intends to keep the weight off he declared: "As much as I can."

"It's one of the things that we say, but I'm coming out here and it's Christmas. So it will probably all go back on!"
Nick is best known for his role as Tony Hutchinson in the long-running Channel 4 serial drama.
He has been a part of Hollyoaks since its first episode in 1995 and is currently the longest-serving cast member on the show.
But this means his character has a distinct appearance with the loyal fans, and he admits that bosses might have some explaining to do.
When asked about the continuity, he explained: "I don't know, they might write it in, but I don't know.
"I've got to be honest, I don't find out, we get our call sheets for the following week on Friday so I won't be in for at least have a week and I might not be until after Christmas now. "
He added: "I mean maybe Tony's had a big Christmas, they'll probably have to write it in."
