A RANDY driver was nabbed as he headed along the M25 with his passenger appearing to perform a sex act on him.

He was spotted by police with his eyes shut and a woman’s head in his lap on the motorway during rush hour.

Officers snatched a photograph showing the female passenger’s hair protruding from his waist area — and posted it online with a shocked emoji covering his face.

He sits back in the shot, tightly gripping the wheel of his black Audi. His car was pulled over near junction ten for Leatherhead in Surrey and the couple were given a dressing down.

He now faces points and a fine for driving without due care and attention and his passenger was reported for not wearing a seatbelt.

Surrey Police wrote online: “In a vehicle, you must wear your seat belt and remain seated — unlike this passenger whose face was in the driver’s lap, while he shut his eyes.”

A Surrey Police spokeswoman added: “Distracted driving is one of the fatal five contributing factors in collisions where people are killed or seriously injured.

“As a driver you are responsible for yourself, your passengers and those who use the roads around you. There is no excuse for driving distracted and action will be taken against those who do.”

Dominic Smith, a legal expert at Patterson Law, warned of the risks and potential penalties for their behaviour, saying: “Driving while having sex is not advisable.”

Their high-risk Wednesday morning manoeuvre earned a ribbing online.

One commenter said: “I would be happy to take the points if that happened to me.”

Another joked: “That’s a very risky performance with all those potholes.”
