KIM Kardashian has been accused of copying the design of an Agent Provocateur dress for her Skims New Year's Eve dress line.
Critics have been comparing an Agent Provocateur dress spotted on a couple of celebrities with Kim's latest drop.
Kim's new Skims design features a floor-length silky dress with unique cutouts.
As featured on Kim for the campaign, several straps run horizontally across the open waist cutout.
A sharp-eyed fan took screen grabs of the latest Skims design and noticed several alleged similarities between the dress and one designed by Agent Provocateur.

The fan found screen grabs of Dorit Kemsley wearing the Agent Provocateur that she posted on her Instagram back in 2021.
Fans compared the design side-by-side with images from Skims website.
In the photos Kim was featured in for the campaign, the dress was yellow, but on the Skims site, the dress is advertised in black.
The Agent Provocateur design appeared to only be available in black.
'MAKE SOME EFFORT'
On the fan forum page, the observant fan claimed: "Looks like KK’s taken 'inspiration' from another more established designer again.
"Dorit Kemsley wore this vintage Agent Provocateur dress to the People’s Choice Awards in 2021. I believe Xtina also wore it in a video."
The same critic gushed: "It’s like they’re not even trying to make the stuff they’re shilling look any different from the stuff they’re paying 'homage' to anymore.
"I’d have thought, given past heat they got, they’d at least make some effort."
Another critic slammed: "It's literally the same design."
Yet a third exclaimed: "Such a rip off!"

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kim's rep for comment.
OUT OF STYLE
Earlier this year, Kim was accused of stealing the designer Gert-Johan Coetzee's look for her Met Gala outfit.
Kim's garment featured a silk corset bodice and bra in a golden hue, and Kim added a huge diamond-and-pearl choker, diamond stud earrings, white sandals encrusted with pearls, and a matching pearl anklet.
An Instagram post on the official Schiaparelli page described the outfit as: "Draped top and skirt made from over 16 000 crystals and more than 50 000 freshwater pearls. Whitewashed faille stole. Blush satin molded corset.
"Choker, pearl drop earrings and articulated ring made from crystals and baroque pearls."
But the day after the Met Gala, fashion designer Gert-Johan Coetzee took to his own Instagram page and shared a photo of one of his designs.
The picture showed Laura Govan at the 2022 Grammy Awards wearing a white dress that featured pearl detailing.
People quickly commented on the post as one person declared: "You did it first."
Another person claimed: "Kim Kardashian stole your look," while a third wrote: "Come see here how Kim K stole @gertjohancoetzee design!"
"You came with this design first," a fourth commented, while a fifth added: "Someone stole your look."
