Available from the travel website Trip.com, the offer will help commuters, students, tourists and shoppers alike save up to 1/3 on ticket prices, making rail travel that bit more affordable for many. With railcards usually costing £30 each per year, this half-price deal is saving savvy travellers money before they've even stepped on the platform.
Quick-fingered shoppers can snap up the deal by checking out the Trip.com flash sale. Limited numbers of discounted railcards will be available every day between December 15 and 31, on a first-come-first-serve basis, for users who have previously not purchased the UK Railcard through Trip.com.

The £15 price is a mobile-only deal available through the Trip.com App. Users must be ready to log on at 10am to be in with a chance of snapping up a half-price railcard.
