A FASHION influencer has revealed the embarrassing incident she had while on vacation in St. Tropez.
Although she didn't know what to do at the moment, a man swooped in to help her.
Isabella Viola (@isabellaviola9) shared the video with her TikTok followers.
Her boyfriend managed to capture the moment, filming Isabella as she strolled on a beach boardwalk.
"The one time my heel got stuck in Saint Tropez and I had an embarrassing Cinderella moment," she said.

Sure enough, moments into the video, the content creator found herself at a loss as she stared at her pink heel stuck in the gaps between the wooden planks.
Before she could react, however, a server walking past stooped down and removed the shoe for her.
He handed it back to her, which she accepted gratefully but not without a few laughs in between.
Recalling the moment, Isabella couldn't help but find it hilarious: "I can't stop laughing while posting this," she said.
While some argued that her boyfriend should've been the one to help her, Isabella said it couldn't have been helped thanks to the server's fast reaction.
"Instead of the boyfriend fixing it, he asked someone because he filmed? That's the most embarrassing thing I ever saw!" said one critic.
Isabella was quick to defend her partner: "It all happened so fast, by the time he realized, the server was already removing the heel," she said.
