MICHAEL BUBLE has spent two decades as a chart-topping crooner, but now the King of Christmas is moving away from music to show the world who he really is.
The Canadian star has confessed he feels like nobody knows the real him and he now wants to go into movies and telly so that they can meet “Mike” rather than “Michael Buble”.

“He’s so cool, Teflon and says all the right things. I can be goofy but there’s another . . .
“You’re going to meet him. I’m going to make sure the whole world meets him.
From tongue scraping to saying no, here are 12 health trends to try in 2023“For 20 years I have done the same thing, it has been cyclical.
“Michael writes and makes a great record and I go to 40 countries and promote it and then I go on tour for a year and a half.
“I feel like I’m at this point in my life and my career where I want to do something different.
“Music will always be my happy place and my love but I need time to do some other stuff.
“Really it is about being that other guy – not the suit guy – being Mike.
“Whether that is in movies or television or whatever it is, it has to happen now.”
In 2016, Michael’s then three-year-old son Noah was diagnosed with a rare liver cancer, which he has now recovered from, and the star has opened up about how it made him reconsider his priorities.
Speaking on the Diary Of A CEO podcast, he explained: “My son’s cancer diagnosis rocked my world.
“It pulled a curtain from over my eyes and I don’t think I had context and that was a sledgehammer to my reality.
“I will never be carefree again in my life and that’s OK.”
