A SPECIAL programme from The Yorkshire Vet exposed a huge All Creatures Great and Small filming blunder in the process.
The two Channel 5 shows combined for an extra special joint programme that saw the cast and crew of the hit drama meet the real vets.
Peter Wright, one of the vets from the hit Channel 5 reality show, was given exclusive access to the drama show's set as he gave them an insight on the life of a 'real vet' and what really happens behind the scenes.
All Creatures Great and Small was created based on the books of acclaimed vet James Herriot, the pen name of vet Alf Wight.
The Yorkshire Vet follows the day-to-day going's on of the same surgery in which Alf practised and so it seemed a no-brainer for the two shows to meet during filming for the drama's extra special Christmas episode.

Alf's son, Jim, also appeared on the programme to speak with the cast of both shows about his father.
However, as Peter and the gang took a walk around the leafy countryside set, they exposed a huge filming blunder.
Despite pretending it was the festive season with an abundance of huge Christmas trees and an excess of twinkling lights, the reality could not be further from the truth.
Instead, it was the height of summer with filming taking place on a sweltering day in June.
The actors could be seen sweating having been forced to don huge winter coats for the filming process.
With the sun shining, the crew enjoyed a chuckle about the filming mishap.
Yorkshire Vet star Shona could be heard saying: "I don't envy them at all, it's way too warm!"
In an attempt to mask the summery conditions, the producers attempted to plant white dust around the set to make it appear snowy and frosty.
However, the summer breeze was blowing it all away which led to another filming setback.
Despite this, they managed to march on with filming and get the all important shots whilst being watched by fans who had flocked in to visit from all over the world.
