Collin Levesque, a sales consultant at Victoria Hyundai in British Columbia, Canada, said the red button is "all about fun".

Known as the N Grin Shift (NGS), it causes the engine to develop an additional 10 hp for 20 seconds once pressed.

In a video uploaded onto the car dealership's TikTok page, Collin shows just what happens when that red button is pressed.

"People always ask, 'what does this little red button do in my car?'," he began. "Well, it's all about fun."

He continued: "First, you engage end mode, then Super Sport for 20 seconds of perfect shifts and big smiles."

As he activates the NGS button, the car visibly picks up speed and the engine can be heard roaring as it does so.

Known for its low centre of gravity and agile driving performance, Hyundai's Elantra N is become one of the most desired vehicles for car enthusiasts.

In a caption attached to the video, Collin says the car is "not only comfort for the whole family" but also for "fun and that sporty mode".

The highly anticipated 2024 Toyota Prius, which will be rolled out as both a Hybrid and PHEV Prius Prime, has a mind blowing new feature.
