NEARLY four decades ago Wham! was being played around households in the UK after they released Last Christmas.
Model Kathy Hill, 67, stole the hearts of the nation in their music video, where she played George Michael's love interest.
In the iconic shoot both George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley were shown taking their 'girlfriends' on a skiing holiday.
The song finally got to number one this Christmas, after missing out to Band Aid in 1984.
Kathy stood out in the video with her warm smile and curly 80's bob as George Michael crooned the sad lyrics about his love being given away after the festive season.

She later revealed that she actually got a bit drunk while filming the clip in Switzerland because the atmosphere was so relaxed.
The Lancashire local smiled: "It was so much fun and really natural. It was just right. It wasn’t staged – it’s just a group of friends having fun. That’s the magic.
"In the scene around the festive dinner table, we all got a little bit tipsy. I don’t think George did, but we did. I drank a lot of red wine.
"There’s a scene in the video where I look over at George and I’m supposed to take a sip of my wine. You can see that I don’t really drink it. That’s because I’d had enough by then."
She went on to reveal that the scene where her and George play in the snow was not staged.
Kathy added: "We had to walk up a hill about five times. George slipped down every time. Once he ended up sitting on me, laughing – and that’s the bit they used.
"It was completely natural. We were just laughing our heads off. He couldn’t stand up. It’s my favourite scene."
The song has since charted in the UK Music Charts 11 times in the decades since it was released - but Kathy looks just as gorgeous as she did back then.
Now she sports blonde wavy locks and has lost the perm, but her sense of style remains glamorous.
Kathy is in great shape and often posts photos of her travels on Instagram.

The British model still works in the fashion industry and is the face of a number of different brands’ campaigns.
In 2015 AK Jewellery announced that they had signed up Kathy to represent their brand.
They exclaimed: "The Wham video came out exactly 30 years ago this Christmas!!
"And now, three decades on from running arm in arm through the snow with an international superstar, she’s landed her biggest gig yet – as our lovely model!
"We didn’t take her skiing in the mountains for our shoot – but kept things as natural as possible by asking her to pose for us in a busy London park.
"We haven’t used any clever lighting or intricate props in our pictures, so you can see the jewellery clearly, the way it will look when you buy it."
Kathy has also featured in advertisements for 50 Plus, a fashion catalogue and online retail store.
The fashion line is endorsed by Lorraine Kelly and offers plus sized contemporary clothes for women ranging from sizes 12-32.
