John Lewis will remain closed this Boxing Day, with most John Lewis stores opening from 9am until 8pm from 27-31 December, 2023.
Drapers has reported John Lewis and Waitrose stores will remain shut this Boxing Day due to decreased footfall.
What is John Lewis's Christmas returns policy?
John Lewis shoppers usually have 35 days after buying an item to return it if they no longer want it, however, this timeframe is extended over the Christmas season.
Now any items bought online or in-store between 27 September and 24 December 2023 can be returned up to 23 January 2024.
This gives you plenty of time to swap any unwanted Christmas presents or if you've changed your mind about a sale purchase.
