A WOMAN who is accused of dismembering her lover and putting his penis in a pot has attacked her attorney in court during a wild outburst.
An enraged Taylor Schabusiness, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her, assaulted her defense attorney in a Wisconsin courtroom on Tuesday after a judge ruled he was going to delay her March 6 trial.
Following Judge Thomas Walsh's ruling, Schabusiness, 24, was seen attacking attorney Quinn Jolly before she was tackled to the ground by court officers.
A shackled Schabusiness was pinned to the ground by two court officers as officials cleared the courtroom.
Empathic court officers then allowed the 24-year-old to settle down as they sat her on the courtroom floor and asked if she was injured.

"Just relax. Are you hurt? Are you hurt anywhere? Your wrists? Any tingling in your fingers or feet? Your vision okay?" court officers are overheard asking Schabusiness.
On February 23, 2022, authorities were called to a home on the west side of Green Bay after receiving a call from the homeowner saying they found a severed head in a bucket in the basement.
Schabusiness was located at her home after police learned she may have been the last person to be seen with the 25-year-old male victim, Shad Thyrion.
The 24-year-old was reportedly found with dried blood on her clothing, authorities said.
HORRIFIC DISCOVERY
Upon searching Schabusiness' vehicle, the criminal complaint states police found a crock pot box with “additional human body parts including legs."
Authorities obtained a search warrant for the home where the bucket was found and also uncovered a "male organ" from the bucket with the severed head.
"Body fluid" and knives were also found in the residence.
Additional body parts were recovered, including an upper torso in a storage tote bag, court docs revealed.
When police interviewed Schabusiness and asked her what happened, she reportedly responded: "That is a good question.”
She and Thyrion had allegedly been together on February 22, 2022, smoking meth and having sex.

Then, after arriving at the victim's mother's home, Schabusiness said they incorporated chains into their sexual activities.
That's when Schabusiness claims to have blacked out.
She allegedly strangled the victim, telling investigators while she did not mean to kill him, she enjoyed choking him, court docs claim.
“Schabusiness responded that the police were going to have fun trying to find all of the organs as she dismembered the body," according to the criminal complaint.
"Schabusiness stated all of the body parts should be in the basement. Schabusiness stated there should be a foot or a leg in the minivan.
"Detective Graf asked Schabusiness what she did with the head, and Schabusiness stated she had put the victim’s head in a black bucket and put a blanket over it."
Schabusiness was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault.
The judge has since postponed the trial to May 15.
