WATERLOO Road has opened the classroom once again for a brand new series.
The hit BBC One show is now in it's 13 season, and brings with it some familiar and new faces.
Who is in the cast of Waterloo Road?
Waterloo Road is back for season 13, after enjoying a very successful reboot in January 2023.
The show focuses on the lives of the kids and teachers from in and around the fictional Waterloo Estate.
The original show ran from 2006 to 2015, before its big return in 2023.

The 2024 series sees the return of some fan favourites, as well as a whole host of new students.
The Staff
Angela Griffin as Kim Campbell
Angela Griffin is back playing head teacher Kim Campbell in the new series of Waterloo Road.
After finding fame in Coronation Street, the actress has enjoyed an incredible career which includes starring in shows like Cutting It, The Detail, Lewis, and Help.
In 2023, she starred in the sequel to Amazon Prime Video movie, Your Christmas Or Mine, having appeared in the first movie.
Speaking about season 13 of Waterloo Road, Angela opened up on how the new series sees her character thinking about turning the school into an Academy.
The actress told Digital Spy: "She doesn't necessarily think it's a good idea.
"She's toying and playing with the idea to start off with.
"It gets put to her and it comes from Andrew, who she trusts and she loves, so she's willing to entertain it and to investigate it, and to see whether it is something that would be right for Waterloo Road."
Kym Marsh as Nicky Walters
This will be singer and actress Kym Marsh's third season on Waterloo Road, playing Nicky Walters.
The star shot to fame in pop band Hear' Say before swapping singing for acting, and joining Coronation Street.

In 2022, she also strutted her stuff on the Strictly dancefloor.
Kym also hosted Morning Live on BBC One.
Adam Thomas as Donte Charles
Adam Thomas shot to fame playing the wayward teenager Donte Charles in Waterloo Road.
He has since forged an incredible career, which included a long stint on Emmerdale.
Previously speaking about the show's return, Adam told the BBC in 2023: "I never in a million years thought this was going to happen. I’m so excited to be back."
He went on: "It's just gonna be bigger and better than ever. It really is.
"This series – I’m not just saying this – is probably gonna be the best series yet."
James Baxter as Joe Case
James Baxter plays one of the Deputy Heads at the school, Mr Case.
His character is described as "sociable and supportive of head teacher Kim".
Away from Waterloo Road, the actor is known for playing Jake Doland in Emmerdale, along with turns in Alma's Not Normal, Still Open All Hours, and Holby City.

The Pupils
Hattie Dynevor as Libby Guthrie
Season 13 also features five newcomers playing students at the school.
Among them is Hattie Dynevor, the daughter of Sally Dynevor who plays Sally Metcalfe on Coronation Street.
Hattie also has a famous sister, Phoebe Dynevor.
Although she is now best known for Bridgerton, like her little sister, she shot to fame on Waterloo Road in the noughties.
Scarlett Thomas as Izzy Charles
Young actress Scarlett Thomas kicked off her acting career on Waterloo Road in 2023.
The young star is also the niece of her on-screen father Adam Thomas.
But her claim to fame doesn't stop there, as she is the daughter of his brother Ryan Thomas with former partner Tina O'Brien, both of whom are Coronation Street actors.
Tina also appeared in earlier seasons of Waterloo Road as a pupil, Bex Fisher.

Season 13 of Waterloo Road kicked off on January 2, 2023, and new episodes will air every Tuesday at 8pm on BBC One.
However, the entire series is available to watch on the BBC iPlayer right now.
The previous seasons are also available to stream on the platform.
