In a trailer for the pre-recorded interview with News at Ten anchor Tom Bradby, Harry accuses The Firm of "no willingness to reconcile" amid a long-running row over Harry's supposed treatment.
The claim comes despite seven attempts by the Royal Family to offer an olive branch to the Duke, the Daily Mirror reports.
Meghan Markle 'to unleash her own memoirs' as Prince Harry's drops next week1. Diana memorial
The first of which was Harry's invitation to unveil a memorial to his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales.
The unveiling took place just months after Harry and Meghan's bombshell 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey.
2. Green efforts
The then Prince Charles also penned an article praising Harry for his environmental work - seen as an attempt to mend relations.
Writing in a 2022 New Year essay, Charles said: "Harry has passionately highlighted the impact of climate change, especially in relation to Africa.
"And committed his charity to being net-zero."
3. Service for Philip
In a third effort to ease soaring transatlantic tensions in the aftermath of numerous interviews given by the Sussexes, Harry was invited to Prince Philip's memorial.
But he did not attend the service in March last year, despite going to the Duke of Edinburgh's April 2021 funeral.
The snub came amid a legal case with the Home Office regarding Harry's security arrangements in the UK.
4. Tea with the Queen
In the weeks after Philip's memorial service, Harry and Meghan did come home to meet his grandma.
The Duke and Duchess had tea with The Queen at Windsor Castle before heading to the Netherlands for the Invictus games.

6. Windsor walkabout
In the days after the Queen's funeral, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined the Prince and Princess of Wales for a walkabout at Windsor Castle.
The Fab Four greeted well-wishers and read thousands of floral tributes in what was considered an effort to show a united front.
7. Holidays with the King
And in a final attempt to save relations from the brink, the Sussexes and their kids were invited on two holidays by King Charles in a bid to mend fractured relations.
But Harry turned down the 2022 offers from his father to visit his Gloucestershire home Highgrove and Balmoral, in Scotland.
The invites were in the months before the Queen died.
