Dan Ballard's own goal handed Eddie Howe's side an advantage in the 35th minute before a brace from Alexander Isak sealed the win and local bragging rights.

Newcastle chief Staveley was watching the action unfold from the stands alongside co-owner Mehrdad Ghodoussi and sporting director Dan Ashworth.

And in a video posted on her Instagram page, she could be heard celebrating the third goal.
