Manchester United enjoyed yet another positive weekend after making it three consecutive Premier League victories.
The Red Devils overcame Aston Villa in the Midlands on Sunday - the goals coming from Rasmus Hojlund and Scott McTominay. Victory sees Erik ten Hag’s side head into the final chapter of the season in positive form, while they now have an excellent chance to earn a spot in the Champions League come the end of the campaign.

Sir Alex laughs off Tottenham title
Alex Ferguson has quickly dismissed Tottenham’s chances of ever winning the Premier League. Asked by Sky Sports, he responded “no” as he tried and failed to suppress a number of chuckles.
He added: "No, ’61 was the last time they won it, well that’s a long time. The opposition today with Liverpool and Manchester City being so powerful in the Premier League. Even for United now, we’re having to fight."

Neville makes “pathetic” Onana jibe
Former Man United defender Gary Neville took aim at Andre Onana for a bizarre incident during Sunday’s win against Aston Villa. The home side were awarded a free-kick on the right flank, which John McGinn almost inadvertently dribbled into the near post.
Despite his effort going wide, Onana scrambled across his line and carried the ball out of play for a Villa corner. Speaking during commentary, Neville said: “That was a pathetic passage of play. McGinn's delivery was awful and then Onana makes a mess of it.”

Red Devils handed De Ligt boost
Man United could be set to take advantage of Matthijs de Ligt’s worsening situation at the Allianz Arena. The Red Devils have been linked with a move for the Dutch defender in the past.
He was previously reported to be considering an exit amid a rocky relationship with Thomas Tuchel and a lack of playing time. Now, he has revealed that he was fully fit to start the weekend’s reverse to title rivals Bayer Leverkusen but was left on the bench by Tuchel.
