What beauty deals to expect in the July Amazon Prime Day 2024?
From skincare and makeup to haircare and fragrance, there's something for every beauty enthusiast to enjoy shopping for during the Prime Day event.
Last year cult-favourite makeup products like the Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara and must-have beauty essentials like the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser were slashed by 50%.
While niche products like the Korean beauty bestseller, COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, were also included in the sale offers.
For this year's event, we expect that many popular beauty brands like L'Oreal, Maybelline, Olay and Cerave will feature in the discounts.
However, the biggest price cuts and best bargains will be on electrical beauty tools and accessories.
In previous years, bestselling electrical beauty items from Shark, Revlon and ghd have featured heavily in the sale deals, so we will likely see items from those brands discounted again.
There are a variety of different Prime Day deals to look out for during the event.
Alongside deals of the day, Prime shoppers will also be able to get their hands on limited time offers called lightning deals.
These lightning deals come in limited quantities and once they are sold out they aren't restocked - making them even more in-demand.
We've put shampoos and conditioners to the test to help your hair glimmerIn the past we have seen Prime Exclusive offers crop up, which only Prime members can take advantage of.
But these offers are often early access deals that get released ahead of the main sale event, and often entice non-members to join up for the extra discounts.
On rare occasions, you will find discounts on newer released beauty or makeup items, but they are often that are only live for a limited time or until they sell out.
With Prime Day just around the corner, now's the time to start making your wishlist and preparing to score some incredible beauty bargains.

How to find Amazon Prime Day deals?
Finding Amazon Prime Day deals is easier than ever thanks to the dedicated Prime Day page on the Amazon website.
On the deals hub page, you can browse thousands of offers across all categories.
You can also follow Amazon on social media for real-time updates and sneak peeks at upcoming deals.
In my opinion, to make the most of Prime Day you should keep an eye out for deals leading up to the event by browsing the ‘Upcoming Deals’ section on the Amazon website or app.
You can also set reminders with an Alexa device and add items to personalised Wish Lists and Save For Later lists, and the bonus is Alexa will automatically alert you when a deal on your favourite item is live.
What is Amazon Prime Day 2024?
Amazon Prime Day is an annual sales event exclusively for Amazon Prime members.
It first began in July 2015 as a way for the retailer to celebrate Prime members during its 20th birthday anniversary, but it has since evolved into one of the biggest shopping events of the year for Amazon fans.
During Prime Day, Amazon offers incredible savings across a wide range of categories, with new deals launching every few minutes.
The highly anticipated event typically spans over 48 hours, with a mix of offers; lightning deals available for a limited time, deals that run for an entire day (or while stocks last) and offers for the duration of the event.
Recently exclusive discounts have been made available to Amazon Prime members before the two-day event starts.

What's good to buy on Prime Day?
Prime Day offers discounts on a wide range of products, making it an excellent time to stock up on essentials or treat yourself to something special.
The two-day event is a perfect time to snag deals on high-ticket beauty items such as hair straighteners, IPL hair removal machines, electric shavers and toothbrushes.
But also if everyday beauty items are particularly cheap, stocking up while they are discounted can be cost-effective.
In previous years there have been huge savings on designer beauty names such as Lancôme, Kérastase and OPI, but you can also find everyday skincare offers from brands like Cerave, BioOil and Olay.
