A LOVE Island favourite looks completely unrecognisable after he showed off his swollen head following a hair transplant.
The ITV2 alumni, who found lasting love with his partner on the matchmaking series, posted a series of candid snaps on his Instagram Stories showing the start of his image re-vamp.
Jamie Jewitt, 33, found fame on Love Island's 2017 season and now shares two children with wife Camilla Thurlow, 34, with another on the way.
The brunette shaved his head prior to the procedure at the British Hair Clinic.
He kept his beard and moustache and flashed a beaming smile to the camera as he posed with bandages either side of his head.

In his caption, he wrote: "All done!
"British Hair Clinic you were awesome."
Later on, he compared his skull to the shiny head of a dolphin as he posted a picture showing him sitting side-profile in his car.
He wrote in his caption: "Day 1 swelling."
Jamie is not the first showbiz star to undergo a hair transplant this year, with Lee Mead already showing off the results of his surgery.
Jamie's fellow Love Island alumni Jack Fincham has also undergone the procedure.
Meanwhile, Jamie has been busy revamping his image after admitting he needed to lose weight to become a better dad.
Back in 2022, he told us: "Honestly my life changed most when I became a parent as I stopped putting myself and my health first.
"I've always exercised so I have to admit it was mainly diet that I began struggling with, being a parent for the first time quick and easy foods are what I got used to choosing.
"I also felt that after a crazy busy day I just wanted to treat myself and eat what I liked!
