FOR a beauty pro, aging gracefully is the goal - and for some added fun, she also likes to make a few noises while doing her routine.

The anti-aging expert said her tips minimize sagging skin and fine lines, as well as reduce inflammation and improve circulation.

TikToker Cindy Currie (@mommycurrie) revealed that one of her tricks is having a solid gua sha routine.

Gua sha is an ancient Chinese technique, where a tool with a smooth edge is used to improve circulation on the face, Healthline reported.

The method dates back to the Paleolithic Age, according to Bustle, meaning gua sha can be thousands of years old.

For the best results, Cindy said consistency is key.

"Being consistent with your gua sha routine can help you reduce inflammation in your face as well as improve circulation and even stimulate collagen production," she wrote.

"It's important to incorporate a foundation supplement of collagen/hyaluronic acid for help from the inside out, as well as a simple yet effective topical routine," Cindy added.

Cindy was inspired to make a video about her routine after someone asked for exercises to help with "jiggly jowls."

She starts by putting a few drops of castor oil on her face. The idea is to have the gua sha "slip nicely," not pull on your skin.

You start at the base of your neck, pull the skin taut, and then go up to the jawline, "give it a jiggle," and then continue up to the cheekbone.

Cindy also did the jiggle method with she reached her eyebrows and forehead.

"The sound effects are optional," she said.

She does this five times on each side of her face.

"It doesn't have to be perfect," the TikToker reminded her followers.

The final part of the routine is to use the "notch" of the gua sha to pull on the jaw five times, for each side.

Though gua sha is safe, it can have some unintended side effects.

Since you're pulling on the skin, it can result in broken capillaries, minor bleeding, or bruises, according to Healthline.
