GOOD Morning Britain weather presenter Laura Tobin says she overslept after a boozy night out and missed her TV slot.
The 42-year-old had passed out fully clothed on her hotel bed and so did not set an alarm.
It came after her team of ITV colleagues won the 2022 Ultimate News Quiz, competing in aid of Action for Children.
She told the Monday Mile podcast: “We won, drank loads, I woke up. I had my phone on silent.
“My boss was trying to phone my phone.

“In the end they eventually got through to the taxi driver who went inside and asked them to call up to me.
“I answered the phone with a swear word.
“I turned up at GMB at half past six. I had to as I had the trophy.”
Laura said newsreader Charlotte Hawkins, 48, had already read her first weather cast.
