Cruz Beckham has unveiled a new tattoo amid his birthday this week and it matches a religious-themed inking that his father David Beckham's had for quite some time.
The youngest son of David, 48, and Victoria Beckham, 49, is no stranger to body art and Cruz, 19, now has a new tattoo on the left side of his waist. It depicts Jesus sitting beside a cross, resembling ink that his father David's had for years.
The former footballer's son got his version from a tattoo studio in London. Photos from the experience at one of the London Social's studios were shared on Instagram this week by tattoo artist Pablo, who's known as Certified Letter Boy.
Cruz showcased the tattoo in some of the photos that were shared on the platform. Others showed him beside tattoo artist Pablo - whose clients have included Liam Payne and Love Island stars - including of them outside the studio.
It was teased in the caption of the post that Cruz now has a "matching" tattoo with one of his parents. The artist wrote alongside the photos: "[Cruz's] matching tatt with [David]. Honoured to recreate this Jesus piece for you bro." The post was later shared by Cruz on his Instagram Story.
Beckham's Inter Miami plan dealt first blow which could block Messi transferIt isn't the first time that Cruz has got ink from Pablo though. He's previously been one of his clients alongside his older brothers Brooklyn Beckham, 24, and Romeo Beckham, 21, who both have a collection of various tattoos themselves.
The latest tattoo was unveiled ahead of Cruz's birthday on Tuesday. The special occasion has prompted well-wishes and tributes on social media, including from members of his family. His parents have been among those posting about it.
Sharing a throwback photo of himself and Cruz, David wrote in a message to his youngest son: "Happy birthday to my little man. The cheekiest with the kindest heart. Keep being you and keep believing in your dream and working as hard as you do. We love you so much Cruzie and are so proud of you."
Victoria instead posted footage of Cruz and some of their family singing along to the Four Seasons' Sherry together. The video showed Cruz beside his eldest brother Brooklyn, their sister Harper Beckham, 12, and their father David.
The former Spice Girls member wrote in the caption that accompanied the clip: "Happy birthday Cruzie. We all love you so much and are so proud of the incredible young man you have become. Sweet, kind and incredibly talented." She concluded by writing: "The world is your oyster, go get it!"
Cruz also received messages from some of his pals, sharing examples on his Instagram Story this week. He was also met with support and well-wishes in the comments sections of his parents posts, with fans marking the occasion there too.
