BRONZED Costarican surfer Armando Perez may be just the fling that Ellie Goulding needs right now, following her split from husband Casper Jopling.
The blonde songstress was seen frolicking in the sea with her hunky new man and is said to be 'blissfully happy'.
The hunky surf instructor - who runs a surf school with his brother - is lesser known than some of Ellie's other high-profile romances.

DJ GREG JAMES

Shortly after releasing her 2010 debut album Lights, Ellie met handsome Radio 1 DJ Greg James, 38, at one of her live shows.
The pair instantly hit it off. In August 2010 she admitted to Emma Bunton, who was presenting the now defunct GMTV, that they were dating.
They were together for 18-months but the relationship ended amicably at the very end of 2011, due to the pressures of their work commitments.
Elle said afterwards: “I was naive to think my relationship with Greg James wouldn't be in the spotlight.
"I fell in love with him because he's very positive and intelligent and a really good person.
"I thought it would be fine, that it would last forever.
She added: “It was very sad that it didn't work out and was down to factors such as not being able to see each other much.”
Greg went on to wed Vogue journalist and author Bella Mackie in 2018.
DJ SKRILLEX
Ellie and American musician Skrillex, real name Sonny John Moore, enjoyed a seven month romance back in 2012.

She met the dubstep producer, 35, when they collaborated on a song called Bittersweet for the Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part Two soundtrack.
In August 2012 she described the relationship as “unexpected” in an interview.
She added: “Although we are very similar, I didn't see it coming at all, especially after such a sad time breaking up with Greg.
"Sonny is based in Los Angeles but sort of lives in hotels. I've been splitting my time between my work and seeing him on tour because he pretty much does a show every night, so if I want to see him, I go along.''
Despite the romance only lasting a short while, the pair were reportedly so serious about each other that she was prepared to move to the States to be with him.
The lovebirds even rocked matching side-shaved haircuts.
After their split, Ellie told The Sun: “It's literally because we didn't see each other enough. It's really sad.”
JEREMY IRVINE
The pop star started dating War Horse actor Jeremy Irvine, 33, in 2012.
They were first spotted together in November that year, when they attended the launch of London's Somerset House Ice Rink.
During their time together they were pictured out and about at red carpet events.
But by August 2013 the relationship had fizzled out.
In a 2020 interview with Glamour UK, Ellie admitted she was too “frenzied” to find lasting love - and that her jealousy ruined relationships in her 20s.
She said: “I wrote a song about jealousy the other night because I was a jealous, chaotic, frenzied person in my 20s.”
“I didn't know who I was. I went straight from university to being on tour, so I had no chance to settle into a routine and understand my habits and my personality.”
NIALL HORAN (... BUT NOT ED SHEERAN)
It’s not known exactly when baby-faced One Direction star Niall, 30, and Ellie dated but she did admit to a fling in 2015, while denying rumours that she had also got close to Ed Sheeran.
Speaking to Elle magazine, Ellen said: “I did go on a few dates with Niall, but I was never in a relationship with Ed [Sheeran]. I have absolutely no idea where that came from and why it was turned into such a big thing.”
Ellie and Ed, 33, were linked to each other after they were spotted holding hands at the MTV VMA awards in August 2013.
Ellie immediately took to Twitter to deny that anything was going on between the pair, claiming they were just good friends.
But Ed offered a somewhat different version of events while discussing his friendship with Ellie on US radio show Clock 98.9 later in the year.
When asked about the rumours, he revealed the pair were more than just good mates at the time, explaining: “I mean, normal people don't hold hands if they're just friends.”
DOUGIE POYNTER
Ellie dated McFly drummer Dougie, 35, for two years, before reportedly ending their romance in 2016.
Afterwards, Ellie heaped praise on Dougie, describing him as “one of the most special people in the world” and saying “he’s still one of my best friends. I know he feels the same.”
Saying the split had been hard she added: “Having a break will be a good thing for me and my head.”
Three years later, Dougie admitted he’d turned down an invite to Ellie and Caspar’s wedding.
He told The Sun online: “I did [get an invite] but I didn't really think it was appropriate."
BOBBY RICH
When Ellie Goulding was pictured out and about with beefy judo champ Bobby Rich in early 2017, rumours they were dating quickly surfaced.
Guy Ritchie’s handsome assistant and fitness instructor was said to have bowled over the songstress, with the pair enjoying a string of dates.
It was even claimed Bobby, 43, had all but moved into her £6million South London mansion.
Yet the relationship - which was never confirmed by Ellie - was said to be done and dusted by February.
CASPER JOPLING
Ellie met New York-based Caspar, 32, at a dinner thrown for her by a friend following her Jingle Bell Ball performance in late 2016.
There are long-standing rumours that it was the couple's mutual friend, Princess Eugenie, who set them up.
But it was far from love at first sight. Speaking on the Jessie Ware Table Manners podcast, Ellie said: “We didn't fancy each other at all. We were just sat next to each other at dinner.”
But despite the very average start, Ellie said that Caspar “wooed” her with a string of fancy dates. They began dating in 2017.
The lovebirds formerly announced their engagement in The Times newspaper a year later.
In 2019 they tied the knot, with a wedding of almost Royal proportions.
Hundreds lined the streets outside York Minster as Ellie arrived in a blue Volkswagen camper van.
Sarah, Duchess of York and her daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, were among the guests.
Other celebrity guests included Sienna Miller, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry. A fairy tale reception was held at Castle Howard, about 15 miles from York.
The couple then welcomed their first child together, son Arthur, in 2021.
Rumours of a relationship rift first surfaced last year. Sources claimed that, due to their busy schedules their marriage had suffered and they had decided to spend time apart - despite prioritising their son.
