NICOLE Kidman posed with a black snake for a jaw-dropping Vogue Australia shoot.
The actress, 56, showed off her incredible figure in a black lace dress with the reptile wrapped around her neck for the cover.
Nicole had one hand wrapped around the snake and snarled at the camera in the mesmerizing photo.
In another image, the Moulin Rouge star wore a black latex crop top and a tight-fitting nude skirt.
In the accompanying interview, she revealed that posing with a snake was her idea because she "loves" them.

"I think they're very beautiful," the Australian actress admitted.
She said she finds them "alluring" and is fascinated by the way they "slither and move" and shed their skins.

Elsewhere in the interview, Nicole confirmed that she will shoot a third season for her hit show, Big Little Lies.
The Expats actress first hinted at a third season during a Q&A session in November.
She admitted to Vogue that she and director Reese Witherspoon are "very close" and often talked about doing another season.
"We live in the same city five minutes from each other and we spend enormous amounts of our off-work time together.
"We’re always like, ‘We could do this, and we could do that!’ And now, the train has left the station," she said.
Nicole thanked her 15-year-old daughter Sunday for inspiring her to get the ball going on another season.
The actress and the teenager - who has ambitions of being a director - recently watched the series together.
“She has a very good understanding of things and life, so she was hand-held through it,” Nicole said.

“And she was like, ‘No. There’s no more discussion. The third series has to happen…I’m sick of the talk. Sick of circling it. Just get it done.' You need a teenager to go, ‘Enough. Just do it.’”
The Hours actress shares Sunday and daughter Faith, 14, with her husband Keith Urban.
She became a mother for the first time in 1993, when she and her then-husband Tom Cruise adopted their daughter Bella, now 31.
A few years later, the pair welcomed son Connor, now 29, into their family.
“I try to keep a shield around me," Nicole admitted while reflecting on her loved ones.
“Partner to a lover, I’m a mother, I’m a daughter, I’m a sister, I’m an aunt, I’m a best friend.”
“I’m able to still have a very, very real, palpable life that’s my own where I’m exploring every part of this journey. You know?”
