LOVE Island's Hannah Elizabeth showed off her new peachy behind after getting a BBL procedure.
The TV star chatted to her fans as the surgeon injected her bottom, insisting that it "didn't hurt".
She promised followers that she would "always be honest" about the cosmetic work she has done.
"I am actually having the procedure done as we speak, I'm not feeling any pain, the area has all been numbed and I'm so excited to show you the result at the end," she told the camera.
"I just like to be totally honest with you, about all the work and everything, and talk you through it and be dead honest."

Hannah revealed the final result in the mirror, joking: "Right guys, have you had your arse done?
"Yeah babe and I've just had the top-up. Made up! peachy! new bum for the birthday babe!"
This comes as Hannah marked her return to the UK with two huge parties.
For the first, Hannah looked glam in a green top and skirt with camo knee-high boots as she partied with her family.
"If Carlsberg did .. family parties," she wrote. "My love island welcome home party was an actual ball love my family so much very blessed ( and yes she got her pint)"
But after that came a wild night out.
Joined by Luis Morrison, another original cast member of Love Island and fellow All Star, Hannah got glammed up by checking into an apartment suite at the Philharmonic Hotel in Liverpool.
Showing fans around the luxury ‘party pad’, Hannah showed on Instagram she was welcomed with foil balloons that spell out Love Island, with six beds and a huge jacuzzi bath.
She joked: “Absolute ball we’re going to have in here, let me just tell you!”

Later showing off her glam look, Hannah posed for the cameras in a tiny white dress with cutaways exposing her toned stomach and boosted bust.
In the next shot she was joined by Luis, dancing in the mirror while sipping on champagne.
Hannah was seen more than chuffed as she then moved to Rude nightclub, where she was greeted with her name in huge lights, and a huge platter of sweet treats.
As a slideshow of her glam OnlyFans shots and photos from her time on Love Island played across massive screens at the front stage, guests at events were treated to games, a photobooth, and a pole dancer performing to Rihanna’s S&M.
The star looked like she was having a blast as she cuddled up to pals, and was seen cheering her ‘OG Love Islander’ status with Luis as they danced the night away.
