Junior Andre has broken his silence after his dad Peter Andre welcomed a little girl with wife Emily MacDonagh.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 51, and Emily, 34, shared the wonderful news exclusively with the Mirror this week. Their baby girl weighted 7lb 3oz, and was born at Musgrove hospital in Taunton. The couple have admitted they haven't yet decided on a name and Peter said they were feeling "overwhelmed" and he "couldn't be happier". He confirmed that Emily and their daughter were doing "amazing" and that all his children were in love with their sibling.

Peter and Emily were flooded with messages after sharing their news. Princess Andre, who Peter shares with ex wife Katie Price, was one of the first to congratulate her dad. She became a big sister once again and offered her support online as she said: "My gorgeous little sister," alongside a photo of Peter holding his new baby girl.

His eldest son Junior later broke his silence with a sweet message on Instagram. Commenting under his dad's announcement, he said: "Welcome to life my beautiful little sis." Sharing photos of himself and Emily cuddling their precious bundle of joy, Peter said: "Just minutes old…… We feel so overwhelmed right now. So happy to welcome our beautiful girl to the family. Mum and daughter are doing amazing. Born Tuesday 2nd April 2024, 7lb 3oz and thankfully very healthy.

"Baby has been spoilt with cuddles from Junior, Princess, Amelia and Theo who are all in love with their new little sister. As parents, we couldn’t be happier. Only thing is…. She has no name yet. Help ! Thanks to all the doctors, midwives and staff at Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton. You were incredible. And Emily’s parents, whom I adore. You have both been incredible. I’m so happy. Just off to hold her. Thanks everyone for reading."

Peter and Emily already share two children - nine-year-old Amelia and Theo, six. While the star is also dad to 18-year-old Junior and 16-year-old Princess, who he shares with Katie Price. Junior previously admitted he didn't want any more siblings as he feared for a huge age gap.

Speaking in 2021, Junior revealed he wanted neither parent to welcome any more kids. He told OK Magazine: "I think the age gap would be too big. If Emily got pregnant now that means the baby would be born when I’m almost 17 and I don’t think the same strong bond would be there. I’ll be close to moving out of the house. I want to be the big brother they love so much and not someone they hardly ever see. I also have six siblings already so there are quite a few of us," he admitted.

While in the same year, when asked about plans to extend his family by OK!, Peter replied "Hell to the no!" He added: "I did say we had this year to decide and I didn’t want to be changing nappies after I’m 50, but because of Covid I’ve pushed it back a year to 51!" His ex Katie Price broke her silence following the arrival of his newborn.

The former glamour model, 45, had taken to Instagram just two hours before her ex-husband announced his joyous baby news to call out a 'scumbag' who had stolen a gate from her property. Following the news of Peter and Emily's new baby, Katie decided to promote an app.
