Fleur East's new daughter clearly has so much in common with her mum already after the singer showed off the tiny tot's incredible full head of hair.
The singer, known for her trademark stylish curls, announced that she and her husband Marcel Badiane-Robin had welcomed Nova into into the world on Sunday. The couple, who got married back in 2019, shared their pregnancy news with fans on New Year's Day and recently the radio host gave birth - and did it on their living room floor.
Fleur last night offered an update on Instagram thanking everyone for their messages and clearly she's madly in love with her new daughter. Alongside a number of snaps on a day out, she posted: "Thanks to all of you for your well wishes and messages. I see all of you and I appreciate it. This is me right now, chilling with Nova who has a FULL head of hair (dunno where she gets that from? ! ) we are both doing well."
Nova's arrival late last month was clearly dramatic and at the weekend the new mum gave some more insight into the day after announcing she was here. The X Factor finalist wrote on the platform: "And just like that, our baby girl, Nova, is here!! Our daughter entered the world via squat position into the arms of my husband and I on our living room floor."

So thankful to the amazing midwives who were by my side, my birthing partners (my auntie Tina and my Husband @marcel__robin ) and all of our family who have been helping out and showering us with love. It really does take a village! So grateful to God for this blessing. Our little Nova was born on the 22nd March and it feels like she's always been here."

Strictly Come Dancing winner Ellie Leach was one of the first to congratulate her, writing: "Oh Fleur, welcome to the world baby Nova." Another Glitterball champion Hamza Yassin typed: "Congratulations to both you. I can’t wait to meet Nova, and you guys obviously. Xxx."
The 36-year-old announced that she was pregnant back in January, posting a photo of herself cradling her baby bump. Teasing about the year ahead, she wrote: "2024 is gonna be different..." Fleur then shared in early February that she would be taking time off from Hits Radio's Breakfast Show, which she joined in 2019.
She wrote about her temporary departure in a post that she uploaded to Instagram following her last show. She commented: "I'm off! Off to go and have a baby! I've had an amazing last week with my [Hits Radio] family, filled with fun interviews, laughs and surprises for my last show. Thank you to my [team] for making my last week so special."
