A BRAND new spine-chilling Netflix docu-series has uncovered several unexplained supernatural encounters which left the alleged victims scarred for life.
The series, which investigates group disappearances, ghosts, and mysterious creatures across North America, recently landed on the streaming platform.
The first of the eight episodes in the docuseries Files of the Unexplained explored the Pascagoula Abduction of Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker on October 11, 1973 - which rocked a quiet American town - followed by seven more bizarre encounters.
Their stories have now been turned into a Netflix series involving witness testimony, archived news stories, and expert analysis to unravel what really happened - and the outcomes are terrifying.

Charles’ son, who was school friends with Calvin at the time of the incident, recalled in the Netflix series how his father relived the moment that left him so terrified that he feared having a heart attack.
In a voice re-enactment, Charles explained hearing a ‘zipping sound’ when an object that looked like an aircraft with bright lights came down from the sky, approached the ground, hovered, and then opened up on one side.
Charles revealed, “It seemed to hold me spellbound,” before explaining that three "aliens" who somehow didn’t touch the ground came out of the "spaceship" and floated towards them.
He added: “I don’t remember seeing any eyes,” while describing them as having pincers or claw-like limbs where a human’s hands would be.
Charles explained that when the aliens grabbed them, Calvin went limp and fainted after he witnessed what was going on, while he was left "totally paralysed."
He claimed that they were both taken inside the spacecraft and recalled how the searing lights made it feel like being inside a lightbulb.
Once the pair got inside, Charles was left alone and claimed a "big eye that seemed to come out directly from the wall" approached him and scanned him, and he could not close his eyes or move.
When he was taken back to the spot he was picked up from, Charles found Calvin lying in a strange position with his arms outstretched.

After the incident, Charles wasted no time telling his story to big news outlets and conducting interviews despite the doubts that followed them.
