GOOD Morning Britain will be hosted by Rob Rinder and Charlotte Hawkins tomorrow.

In a show shake up, the pair will be taking the hot seat – just weeks after Ben Shephard jumped ship to This Morning.

Charlotte, 48, usually appears on the programme when Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley are off alongside Adil Ray, but the actor is taking two weeks off.

Rob, who shot to fame with his courtroom-based programme Judge Rinder, stood in for Adil last week too.

Holiday time

Charlotte has been hosting the show alongside Richard this week, while Susanna has been on a break.

Susanna told fans last week: “Right I am off for Easter - please don't panic! I will be back in a couple of weeks."

Countryfile star Sean Fletcher will present the national news bulletins during the two-and-a-half-hour show.

Meanwhile, fan-favourite Laura Tobin will be on weather duties while Richard Arnold will have the latest entertainment news.

Adil previously urged fans 'not to panic' over his absence from the show - and confirmed he will remain a permanent fixture for another while.

He wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "Thanks for watching @gmb. "Off for Fridays over the Easter break.

"Back with you from April 12 peeps, and for quite a few Fridays until September."

He added: "FriRays they’re all calling it. Well one person did. That’ll do."

Another swap

Meanwhile, there will be another shake up next week when Ed Balls makes his return to the programme.

The 57-year-old will take their place alongside ITV favourite Kate Garraway, 56

He often fronts the weekday show with the ex BBC Breakfast host but their reunion will have to wait a little longer.

Ex Labour politician Ed is a fan-favourite on the show and often alternates with Richard Madeley, 67, as Susanna's presenting partner.

Fans had been demanding the return of the former Shadow Chancellor after he was last seen on GMB in mid-March.

Ed juggles his presenting duties with recording his podcast, Political Currency, with former Chancellor George Osborne.

Fond farewell

Ben left GMB after ten years last month to work alongside Cat Deeley on This Morning.

He said at the time: “I’ve loved hosting Good Morning Britain over the past 10 years since it launched.

"When I left GMTV, I always swore I’d never go back because of the early mornings and it goes to show how wrong I was."

"I’m grateful that my extended GMB family is only next door so that whenever I get nostalgic, I know I’m not going to being far away. Although I’ll miss being on screen with them, my later starts mean I may be able to hang out with them all a bit more!

"One of the hardest decisions of course is knowing that my mornings with Kate, my on-screen wife of nearly 20 years, is coming to an end.

"Her journey has been well documented, and I think we would all agree how remarkable she has been over the last four years.

"I won’t miss the mess but I’ve learned so much from her, as I have from all of the people I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside.”

Co-star Cat has swapped a lucrative telly career in the US where she hosted So You Think You Can Dance for a return to screens in the UK.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
