AN ABANDONED dental surgery littered with teeth, needles and pliers has been left frozen in time.
Located in Georgia, US, the eerie practice has rotted away ever since its owners fled from a natural disaster that flooded its insides.

Perhaps the most unsettling element, however, is the grim display of casts from clients' mouths, where missing teeth sit next to a large, rusted set of pliers.
Next to that are huge needles and a denture powder, while sat behind is a yellow box of film-coated pain relief tablets.

The dentistry was discovered by urban explorer Leland Kent, who bravely stepped foot inside the creepy buiding and took snaps of its sodden insides.
For decades, the family-run dentist was the hub of its rural community, but inches of water from the flooding ensured nobody would ever return.
Known to fans online as Abandoned Southeast, Leland gave an eye-opening account of what it was like to trudge through the rotting practice.
“It felt surreal, like everyone went home one day and never returned,” he said, as reported by the Mirror.
“You can feel the sagging carpet and weak floor from the flood when you walk.”
He added: “You see the visible water line throughout the inside that serves as a reminder of why the office closed.”
A collection of antique machinery also caught the explorer’s eye, as he marvelled at the vintage chairs and equipment.
“I think the most interesting thing would be the vintage dental chairs and X-ray machine in the hallway. I am surprised so much remains years later,” he said.
He continued: “I love discovering what is left behind inside these old structures.

Elsewhere, another urban explorer has discovered an abandoned ghost town – with a church, post office and several homes all left to rot.
The creepy abandoned community was once home to hundreds but now it is slowly decaying with buildings falling apart.
And one other intrepid explorer uncovered an abandoned hospital where operating room doors shut on their own.
