In the video posted, a risqué video made by Khloe, now 39, was watched by her brother Rob Kardashian, then-husband Lamar Odom, and Scott Disick, with whom her sister Kourtney Kardashian shares three kids.
The homemade tape showed Khloe sucking on a lollypop in a bathtub, and dancing around in racy outfits.
Kardashian fans stunned by Kylie Jenner's natural appearance with minimal makeupWhile the video seemed intended for Lamar, all three men watched the tape, and Khloe walked in on them to find them laughing at the intimate content.
"This is so embarrassing. Why the hell are Rob and Scott watching this tape? It's just sick," the Hulu star said in a confessional.
On X, many fans agreed with Khloe's words, and slammed the trio for making fun of the tape.
"Lamar did a whole belly laugh - and that was his woman. I’m embarrassed for her," one social media user wrote.
"Lamar was laughing way too hard. She was such a joke to him," agreed a second.
"She had every reason to be upset by this," another Kardashian-Jenner fan added.
"Why would he continue to let it play. And Scott ass was enjoying it a lil bit too much," said a fourth, with another replying, "Oh he was secretly thrilled."
Fans' comments that Scott seemed to be enjoying Khloe's video come amid theories that he may have an inappropriate relationship with his children's' aunt.
In Season 4 of The Kardashians, Scott hinted that Khloe was a dream partner as they spoke with Khloe's mom Kris Jenner, 68, about his dating life.
"If you had the opportunity to meet the perfect girl, what does that look like on paper?" asked Kris.

"This guy," Khloe said coyly, as Scott laughed loudly.
In a confessional, Kris then divulged, "I think Scott probably does have a crush on Khloe."
"Scott's comment is soo inappropriate," said one fan on a forum dedicated to the Kardashians.
"Y’all should have seen my face behind the screen. GENUINELY SHOCKED," wrote a second.
BYE, BYE, LAMAR
Lamar's appearance in the video came before the fraught end to his relationship with Khloe.
The couple was married from 2009 to 2016, but split after Lamar cheated on Khloe multiple times.
After Khloe opened up about the cheating, Lamar himself addressed the rumors in his 2019 memoir, From Darkness to Light.
Lamar recalled infidelity at the Hotel Roosevelt, explaining that he was using drugs at the time and was "surrounded by several women."
The athlete recalled Khloe and Kris bursting into his room to find "naked girls everywhere."
