Donald Trump has launched a bizarre tirade, claiming that Joe Biden "solied" himself in the Oval Office, during his latest off-the-wall outburst.

The ex-POTUS and GOP leader made these odd comments while speaking for about 45 minutes at a swanky dinner hosted by billionaire John Paulson in Palm Beach, Florida's ritzy island enclave.

Trump also joked that Biden had an incident with the historic Resolute Desk, much to the amusement of those gathered.

He even quipped that his well-heeled audience was temporarily shielded from the undocumented immigrants in the vicinity, according to someone who was there.

Taking a jab at Biden's decision-making at the iconic Resolute Desk, which was a present from Queen Victoria to the US in 1880, Trump took aim.

"The Resolute Desk is beautiful," said Trump. "Ronald Reagan used it, others used it. And he's using it. I might not use it the next time. It's been soiled. And I mean that literally, which is sad," he commented.

While some parts of Trump's speech seemed tailored for the posh crowd, other lines were recycled from his standard rally rhetoric, including his frequent caution of a "bloodbath for the country" if he isn't re-elected, a point he's hammered home at numerous gatherings.

After slamming Biden's immigration policies, which he alleges involve migrants being "shipped in, brought in, deposited in our country," Trump didn't hold back.

He likened the new arrivals to infamous bikers, asserting that they "make the Hells Angels look like extremely nice people."

Trump warned, "These are people coming in from prisons and jails. They're coming in from just unbelievable places and countries, countries that are a disaster."

The ex-president appeared to allude to his contentious 2018 remark where he labeled Haiti, El Salvador, and several African nations as 'shithole countries. '.

"And when I said, you know, why can't we allow people to come in from nice countries, I'm trying to be nice," he reflected. "Nice countries, you know like Denmark, Switzerland? Do we have any people coming in from Denmark? How about Switzerland? How about Norway? ".

The former commander-in-chief has blasted migrants for "poisoning the blood of the country" and reiterated these views at a recent rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, accusing Biden of unleashing a 'bloodbath' on the southern border.

"Under Crooked Joe Biden, every state is now a border state. Every town is now a border town because Joe Biden has brought the carnage and chaos and killing from all over world and dumped it straight into our backyards," Trump declared.

Melania Trump joined her husband in hosting the extravagant Mar-a-Lago fundraiser, marking a rare public appearance for the former First Lady who appears to be gearing up for her own fundraising event soon.

Last month, the Biden campaign boasted a significant financial lead over Trump, having raised a whopping £70million in March. In an attempt to bridge this gap, Trump pulled out all the stops at his Florida estate, inviting a host of special guests including South Carolina Senator Tim Scott and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum - both rumoured to be on Trump's shortlist for vice president.

Trump took to Truth Social to celebrate his fundraising success with a triumphant message: "Biggest night in Fund Raising of ALL TIME! ! ! Will double up the Biden number of last week at Radio City. People are desperate for change. They want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! DJT".
