EMMERDALE has dropped a bombshell by revealing why Caleb Miligan is in the village.
The villain - who is played by actor Will Ash in the ITV soap - arrived at Christmas searching for his long-lost siblings Cain and Chas Dingle.
But tonight he revealed that he is in fact there for a very different reason.
After successfully putting a stop to Cain’s revenge on business partner Will Taylor, Caleb issued him with a warning.
He told him: “That day in the car, I wish I’d stuck around and taken the wrap. I will never not regret that.

“You mess with my investment again and this will be a very different conversation.
“This is me being your brother - if you break things enough time Cain, there gets a point where it can’t be fixed anymore.
“You can bet Taylor will, or Kim, and they won’t hear an argument from me.”
But Cain wasn’t impressed, and told him: “It’s funny. You come to this village to find your brother and your sister, and here we are.
“But all you really care about is those people at Home Farm. You say you’re all about family but me and Chas could move to Timbuktu and you’d stay right here.
“To be with your best mates up at Home Farm. Them are not my people. If you want to be one of them, then you’re not my people either.”
He walked out but later Caleb found him and made a shocking confession.
“Brother, I’m not like them,” he said.
“But I’m not like you either. I don’t lash out when I’m angry, I wait and I make it count. I pick my battles, that way I always win.
“I’m on your side, you’re my brother, Chas is my sister. That’s all that matters here.”

Cain asked: “And them at Home Farm, what are they?”
“They’re in the way of me taking it all and leaving them with nothing,” Caleb replied.
But fans reckon he’s lying.
One wrote: "Caleb's revealed his true intentions to Cain - he wants to take all of Home Farm and leave Kim and Co with nothing. Ok he's definitely working for Joe Tate."
A second said: "There's more to Caleb's intentions behind Home Farm. I don't think he just "Wants the money and the business" - Caleb and Nicky are definitely related or Caleb's working for Joe Tate."
Another added: "I'm sure caleb is working with Jamie Tate to bring his mum down or it could be Joe for revenge too. I'm pretty sure a Dingle runt wouldn't have the money to do all he's doing."
