Simon and Myra worked together on the one-off ITV special, Queens for the Night, which saw famous faces drag it up for the TV special to be voted Britain's best celebrity drag queen - with Simon crowned the champ.

Myra, famed for her appearance on Britain's Got Talent, confirmed that Simon would be joining her on stage in Salford at The Lowry theatre, a stone's throw away from Simon's usual stomping ground of Coronation Street.

The stage show aims to bring the art of conversation to life as Myra and Simon will enjoy a frank chat on stage as well as interacting with members of the audience.

Announcing the exciting news that Simon would be joining her on stage to delve through the audience's issues and dilemas, Myra said on Instagram: "SALFORD! I can now reveal my celebrity wellness seeker for our session of A Problem Shared is non other than my old showbiz comrade and @queensforthenight protégée SIMON GREGSON aka @fat_dracula.

"I cannot WAIT to exfoliate that mind LIVE onstage at @the_lowry in March.

"Tickets are flying out the window so book sooner rather than later to avoid a situation!"

Simon was crowned the Queen for the Night the last time the pair worked together as he donned a blonde wig in a ponytail and eye-popping purple make-up.

The Steve McDonald actor finished off his Bidet Bardot look with a striking pink and black leather strappy corset top.

When asked what kind of drag queen he thought he will be ahead of the series, Simon replied: "I think I’ll be a larger-than-life drag queen, very loud.

"I think that fits in with me quite well."
