K-POP sensation Park Bo Ram has died at the age of 30 prompting police to investigate.
It's understood the singer, who has been a prominent figure in K-pop for the past 10 years, was found unconscious at a friend's house on Thursday.

"Park Bo Ram suddenly left us in the late evening of April 11," the agency said, per All K-Pop.
"Our hearts are deeply troubled as we deliver this sudden news to her fans.
"A wake and funeral proceedings will be scheduled after a discussion with the singer's family."
Bo Ram was drinking at a friend's house when she died, according to a report from Namyangju Police Station, per All K-pop.
The report said she went to the restroom and after not returning for a while, a friend checked up on her and found her unconscious on the sink.
They tried to do CPR and immediately called for emergency services which transported her to Hanyang University Guri Hospital.
Police are investigating Bo Ram’s cause of death and have requested an autopsy.
The singer-songwriter and actor had released two new songs earlier this year and was working on new music recently.
One of her songs about weight loss gained major traction for being motivational.
“I think a lot of people, after listening to this song, were motivated to exercise more, lose weight, and diet,” Bo Ram told the Weekend Edition Sunday show.
“I think a big reason is because I put my story into it. Like, one banana, two eggs — eating just that, and you see the results in me, and that was motivating for people."

Bo Ram's fans are devastated by the news of her death with many highlighting that she still had so much life ahead of her.
Fans have expressed their sadness and wished Bo Ram's family well on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"I was just listening to one of her songs from a kdrama are u kidding me?" one fan said.
"Sending my condolences to her friends and family. her and her songs will forever be kept in our hearts, we lost another legend."
