When the baby was born, the singer broke the news on her Instagram page posting pics of the newborn along with the caption: “Welcome to the world baby 21/08/21.”
Alex also shared the same images on his own social media page, alongside a caption which said: "Welcome to the world little one".
Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock was the first to congratulate the couple.
She wrote: "I am so proud of you and I love you so much. What an angel".
Are Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Perrie Edwards still together?
Perrie and Alex are still very much together.
However, in April 2024 Perrie revealed that her and Alex had never lived together despite being engaged and having a child.
The singer made the confession on The Jonathan Ross Show.
Alex is signed to Turkish football team Süper Lig club Beşiktaş, meaning he lives in Turkey.
Perrie said: “I can’t lie, it is hard.
"When he was playing for Liverpool and based in Manchester, it was so easy to do the back and forth but Turkey is a little bit further and he doesn’t get a lot of time off.

The singer added: “We’ve never lived together anyway. The whole eight years we’ve been in a relationship we’ve never actually lived together.”

The singer announced her engagement to footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on June 18, 2022.
The smitten singer revealed her man had popped the question with a series of photos of his romantic beach proposal over on her Instagram.
She captioned the sweet snaps: "Last night the love of my life got down on one knee and I said… YES!"
How did Alex and Perrie meet?
The couple have been dating since 2016 after Alex attended an interview where he met Little Mix.
They later went on to have secret dates before making it Instagram official in February 2017.
Since then have been open about their romance and regularly post loved-up snaps together.

Long before Perrie was with Alex, she had another very high profile romance.
After shooting to fame on The X Factor, she started dating One Direction singer Zayn Malik in May 2012.
