TOWIE’s Amber Turner reveals her breast implant has ruptured and is leaking silicone into her lymph nodes.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Amber says she believes a fight with Gareth Gates while filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins last year could have caused it.

Amber, 30, first discovered there was an issue while working on Towie in Bali.

In scenes which will air on Towie on Sunday, Amber, 30, will be seen visiting a doctor after finding a lump in her armpit.

After visiting her doctor, Amber told The Sun how one of her implants has split – leaving the contents slowly leaking into her body.

Amber, who has had two breast implant ops, said of speaking to her doctor: “He said it looked like the implant had ruptured and the silicone was leaking into the lymph node.

“I only had these [implants] for a couple of years and I will need to get the implants changed.

“They are not meant to rupture.

“The only thing I can think of is that I did SAS and maybe I was grappling with someone or maybe when I had a fight with someone.

“I had a fight with Gareth. It is crazy.”

Opening up about her fears when she found the lump, Amber admitted she immediately feared the worst.

She explained: “When I was in Bali on the phone to my mum

“I was holding my boob and I said: ‘I’ve got a lump under my armpit’.

“I thought, “This is going to be it. I am going to have breast cancer.’

“I am relatively healthy and I am never sick. But I was feeling really negative.”

As soon as Amber landed back in the UK she booked in to see her doctor to find out what was happening.

She said she wanted to share her experience on Towie as she knew other women may be going through the same thing.

Amber added: “Even if it was what I thought it was [cancer] I think it’s important to share that part of my life.

“What is the point of keeping it private?

I never really check my boobs and I have implants, so it’s hard to distinguish between my implant or a lump.”

Amber was sent for an ultrasound and after her doctor examined her, told Amber he believed one of her implants had ruptured and that silicone was leaking into her body.

Amber said: “It was a sigh of relief

“He checked both to make sure there was nothing nasty in there.

“After the series finishes I am going to have an appointment and I will need implants changed.”

She added: “I am relieved it is not breast cancer. When I told the girls they were in shock.

“I didn’t want to tell them until I knew. I taught the girls how to check their breasts properly for lumps.

“If it helps one or two people then I’m glad to raise awareness

“Say I had left it a couple of months and it was cancer. It would have been a couple of months along…

“You are supposed to check down the arm and down underneath your arm pit.

“I am happy and relieved.

“The doctor said no immediate worry and the silicone isn’t toxic.”

Towie airs on Sunday night at 9pm on ITVBE and ITVX.
