THE GREAT Celebrity Bake Off for SU2C returned for its fifth and final instalment last night.
However, viewers couldn’t focus on this week’s celebrity bakers as they admitted they were left seriously distracted by host Noel Fielding’s “fancy dress” outfit.
Comedian Noel, 50, hosts the beloved baking show alongside Paul Hollywood, Prue Leith and Alison Hammond.
Bake Off fans all have same complaint about ending of New Year special
The hosts came together again last night for the final episode of The Great British Bake Off’s 2024 celebrity series in aid of Stand Up 2 Cancer.
This week they welcomed Heartstopper star Joe Locke, radio host Sara Cox, writer and reverend Richard Coles and Australian comedian Adam Hills to the famous white tent.
However, Channel 4 viewers couldn’t focus on the celebs in the tent as they admitted they were pretty distracted by Noel’s outfit
Viewers thought Noel was dressed like a beloved children’s character
Channel 4 viewers were left seriously distracted when Noel entered the tent wearing a bright blue and yellow striped jumper last night.
The bold jumper reminded them of the beloved kids’ character Horrid Henry, who is the star of a book and TV series.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one viewer pointed out the similarity. “My 11-year-old thinks Noel is looking a little Horrid Henry like this week on Bake Off,” they said.
“Why has Noel come dressed as Horrid Henry?” another viewer joked.
While a third added: “Clearly someone didn’t tell Noel it’s not fancy dress-He’s come as Horrid Henry!”
Viewers found Noel’s “fancy dress” costume absolutely hilarious.
“Love Noel’s outfit it’s giving and I’m here for it,” a fourth GBBO fan added.

Who was 2024’s celeb star baker?
While Noel was busy turning heads because of his “fancy dress” jumper last night, Sara was impressing viewers and the judges with her baking skills, leading her to be crowned Star Baker. Week 5.
In Week 1 of the competition, Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker, The Sandman actor Munya Chawawa, Made in Chelsea alum Spencer Matthews, and singer Paloma Faith competing for the baking honour, with Spencer winning the title.
In Week 2, Celebrity juice host Leigh Francis, aka Keith Lemon, beat out EastEnders alum Danny Dyer, Growing Pains’ Rhod Gilbert, and Radio 1 presenter Yinka Bokinni.
Week 3 Former athlete and sports presenter Gabby Logan won in Week 3 when she competed against Strictly’s Oti Mabuse, Irish comedian David O’Doherty, and podcaster and comedian Suzi Ruffel.
In Week 4 This Morning presenter Dermot O’Leary took the title of Star Baker as he faced off against Taskmaster star Fern Brady, Radio 1 presenter Greg James, and Spice Girl Melanie Brown.
