KHLOE Kardashian is said to be "secretly considering a THIRD baby with Tristan Thompson" ahead of her 40th birthday.
The Good American founder already shares daughter True, five, and one-year-old son Tatum, with the basketball player.
But now Khloe is said to be keen to expand her family before her milestone birthday - with the addition of baby number three.
A source exclusively told The Sun: “Khloe has always wanted a big family like her sisters and always said she wanted four children.
"She’s seriously considering having a third baby, via surrogate, with Tristan.

"Their relationship might have been rocky in the past, but he’s always been a good dad and she loves co-parenting with him.
"She’s telling friends that since his mother passed he’s really grown up as a person.
"She’s turning 40 soon and wants to take control of her life and go after what she wants - and that’s a third child.”
Khloe’s rep has been approached for comment.
FERTILITY STRUGGLES
In July 2022, Khloe and Tristan welcomed Tatum, together via surrogate.
A source previously told Heat Magazine that Khloe used a surrogate for "medical reasons."
The insider said: "There were medical reasons that factored into her decision to use a surrogate, but not putting such a strain on her body was a huge motivation.
"Kim and Khloe know their bodies are their meal ticket, they made a pact at the start of the year that they'd go all out to get into the best possible shape and they've thrown themselves into the project."
The insider added: "It's getting quite competitive between them – they're both in the gym constantly and are spending thousands every month on their looks. They live to see jaws dropping with envy, admiration and confusion."

Others speculate that it was less about vanity and more about avoiding the difficulty of going through IVF again.
Khloe underwent several rounds of IVF to get pregnant with her daughter True, with three of them failing.
She was also forced to abandon the eggs that she froze because they weren't strong enough to survive the defrosting process.
The star addressed her struggles to conceive on the Lady Parts podcast, saying: "I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what he was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient."
