She tells WSJ. Magazine: "I have my kids sometimes, sometimes I don't have my kids. There's a different ritual when I'm with them and when I'm not,' she explained. 'When my kids are with me, they have so many activities. It's difficult to manage my schedule and their schedule."

She reveals when she is without her kids, she makes room for some 'me time'. She said: "The most important thing for me everyday is to put on the oxygen mask. " She said she goes to bed at 10pm and wakes up to meditate 'around 5am.'

The health conscious star avoids white sugar calling it poison. The Brazilian beauty instead sweetens food with honey or dates.

She adds: "I like to have lukewarm water with a little lemon and celtic salt." She then goes on to stretch and walk her sweet dog.

Giselle has been keeping fans up-to-date with her health kick since turning 40. She opened up on why she decided to stop drinking alcohol.

The model insists she feels "more present" when she isn't ingesting alcoholic beverages, admitting the difference was noticed after turning 40. "It's socially accepted to have a glass of wine," she said.

"And people even say, ‘Oh, it's healthy for you.’ Well, it is not healthy for me. If you want to ask of your body what I ask of my body, which is a lot, I can't be having all these things (alcohol, caffeine) because they add up."

She said she "immediately" felt a difference, and her sleeping has improved. "I became more clear. I felt a bit more foggy before. Now I'm very sharp and very present and I notice things that I didn't notice before," she added, "When I'm not drinking, I'm sleeping much better. You have to be loving to yourself. You ask a lot of your body, you’ve got to do a reset. You have got to take care of this only vehicle you got, right?"
