Johnny Depp has kept a low profile over the last year, but it seems the actor is planning a comeback.
The 60-year-old was described by friends as having a "gap year" after his highly publicised 2022 trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. While he won, the trial reportedly took a toll on Johnny as he disappeared from the limelight, but now it seems he's ready for a return.

New Look
Johnny was spotted with his hair grown long and sporting unkempt facial hair over the past two years, but at a recent French film premiere the star debuted a new cleaned-up look.

The actor is set to appear in a Dior campaign and has possible commercial and film appearances planned for later this year. He also is rumoured to start his own brand of rum.
Travelling the World
Since taking a break from Hollywood, Johnny has been spotted around the world.
He spent some time in Saudi Arabia, controversially making friends with the country's royal family who have helped financially back some of his future projects. The star also spent time with a few close friends at his $5 million (about £4 million) private island in the Caribbean, Little Parrot Cay.
Return to Jack Sparrow
Speaking of the Caribbean, rumours are spreading that the star might make a return to the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
Johnny played Captain Jack Sparrow in the hit Disney series, making him a fan favourite. He last appeared in the series in 2017, but fans and producers are eager to have him back.
Producer Jerry Bruckheimer is working with Disney to reboot the franchise. He said he would love to have Johnny back in the iconic role, even if it's a small cameo role.
Insiders told Daily Mail that the actor might consider coming back. "Johnny has always been so touched by how many people love and resonate with the character, so anything is possible," the insider said.
