TAKE a look inside the home of Countryfile star Ben Fogle, complete with nature-inspired decor and lots of animals.

Ben, 50, is known for fronting survivalist and wildlife programmes such as Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild.

Off-screen, the TV star is happily married to podcaster Marina and together they share children Ludo and Iona.

The family of four reside in a stunning countryside home which Marina regularly shows on Instagram. The survivalist also owns a pad in West London which he put up for rent last year as he seems to prefer life away from the busy city and in the countryside.

Their tranquil countryside abode is surrounded by nature, but it wouldn’t be complete with some animal companions, including horses and half a dozen dogs.

The interior of Ben and Marina’s home is thoughtfully decorated and complements their serene surroundings.

Each room is peppered with antique future and floral prints. They’ve opted to use nature-inspired colours like green in various hues throughout the home, which is unsurprising for the Countryfile star.

The couple also have a dining room where they like to spend time as a family. It gets great light thanks to the large glass doors at the end which open out into a luscious green garden where Marina grows her own tomatoes.

Giving a better insight into their home life, Marina shared a few details about how she and her husband like to spend a night in together when there are no kids at home. She posted a picture of Ben relaxing on the sofa in front of a cosy roaring fire.

“Ben and I had a rare night with no children at home last week and so it was just us for supper. I made a fish pie, we had a sauna in our woodland sauna and a cold plunge and had supper in front of the fire in our pyjamas. It was heaven, and so nice for it just to be us two,” Marina explained.

But even when there are no kids at home, Ben and Marina are never lonely, as they have at least six dogs to keep them company.

Their dogs are the heart of their family, and Marina even credits her first puppy, Maggi, with introducing her to Ben.

Gushing about their furry companions on Instagram, Marina said: “What would life be without dogs? I was always drawn to dogs and spent my childhood pestering my parents to get one. But being half Austrian, we travelled a lot and my parents didn’t feel it was fair to get one. But then, aged 21, I got my beloved Maggi, a collie lab cross from a local dog rescue.

“She was by my side through my twenties and was responsible for my meeting Ben. She sat patiently as I sobbed hot tears of heartbreak after a miscarriage, a stillbirth and the exhaustion of being a mother. And her legacy is my family.

“I wouldn’t be a Fogle if it wasn’t for her and thanks to her we have plenty of dogs in our extended family.

“If my children are tired or sick, sad or reflective, it’s to the dogs’ beds they retreat, because they know there they’ll have the reassuring presence of unconditional love and the luxury of not having to explain yourself.

“Therapist, mentor, personal trainer, dropped food hoover, hot water bottle, giver of hugs, our dogs are a fundamental part of our lives and we couldn’t imagine home without them,” she wrote.

Ben also expressed his great love for his dogs in a separate post, where he shared a clip of himself wrestling with two of their dogs on their stunning green sofa.

“Who doesn’t love sofa wrestling,” he teased, before adding, “I love dogs soooo much.”

“I can’t imagine not sharing my life with our loyal, faithful, loving companions,” he added.
