Amazon's Spring Deal Days sale is still around and kicking, with thousands of discounts added to its site between now and this Monday, March 25. While the usual favourites like Fire TV sticks, and hair styling tools soar in demand we've spotty some pretty outrageous trending products.
Our team of writers have been caught off guard by a handful of eye-catching products, it seems many eager spring sale shoppers are taking a liking too. And while some seem bonkers at first glance, there's a reason why shoppers are falling for these unusual items.
From mouth tape and a stretch face mask to wear at night in the hopes of reducing any signs of a double chin (I mean, the dedication is real), to lawn mower robots, body sand, and a magical garden product. We've seen it all in this year's spring sale. Other retailers holding sale events include M&S, Dunelm and Currys.

Using tape on the face is becoming a popular, and natural, alternative to getting face lifting injections (or Botox), as there's growing interest in it thanks to beauty buffs saying it can help tighten the skin. So, it's no surprise to see face tapes fly off the sale shelves.
Now £12.39 for a pack of 20, these facelift tapes can be worn under makeup and used around the cheekbones, temples, and chin area, tightening the skin by pulling towards your hairline.
A trend spotted by our lifestyle writer Lucy Addicott
Yes, you read that correctly, an in-demand product in Amazon's sale is a skincare product by a brand called COSRX which has become popular with beauty buffs looking to enhance their skin with snail mucin....or known as snail slime.
The bottle is reduced from £21.99 to a much cheaper £11 hence why we're seeing a huge surge in shoppers snapping it up, not to mention it's recommended among users who have previously branded it as a 'gamechanger' in their daily routine.

In the last few days rolls of silicone tape have appeared all over Amazon's featured pages, for most you'd think it's a staple product to home in your medicine box for cuts and grazes. But no, there's another reason shoppers are snapping up the £11 silicone tape.
As covered by the Daily Star, a TikTok influencer has shone a light on the growing trend of taping your mouth when you sleep. As World Sleep Week coincided with the start of the Amazon sale, this could be a reason why the product has shot up in demand.
Aldi's bestselling and 'affordable' fitness equipment event starts today! The 32-year-old influencer said: "These are mouth tapes and I tape my mouth shut every single night before I go to bed. Sleeping properly is really important to anti-ageing." As highlighted in the TikTok video this can apparently help improve sleep quality and even facial structure.

Anyone with a dog will know the struggle of getting your pooches inside after a blustery, rainy walk (pretty standard for UK weather). This £26 drying coat may be the solution for many pet owners... I know I'll be forwarding it on for my parents to buy for our mucky Jack Russell crosses.
Opposed to using a standard towel (and wrestling with your dog in the process) this wearable microfibre coat will keep them dry without the fuss. It's made out of absorbent material, can be machine washed, has an underbelly strap, and comes in a range of sizes to suit different breeds - from miniature dachshunds to great Danes.

Why spend an hour mowing your lawn when you could buy a robot to do it for you? Well, that seems to be the logic of many shoppers this sale season. As we get onto our fifth outrageous spotted product, the Flymo Easilife Robotic Lawn Mower.

We love seeing a product soar in demand that we've used before, not only can we say it's one of the cheapest prices in the sale but it's something we've tried and tested before. This is where we get onto the Patio Magic formula, for £25 you get 2.5 litres of the concentrated formula.
The solution is designed to get rid of unwanted stains, algae, and moss, which can be rife in rainy, damp weather (sadly there's no changing that). As David found for himself: "I've been using Patio Magic for a couple of years. It's handy to put down after the winter to get rid of the green algae.
"The results get better with time too. So I'd expect to find even fewer green marks in a few days. Sometimes where there is a really stubborn amount I might re-apply the mix."

It sounds bizarre at first, but it's a product our writer Tom has resorted to in his flat, after suffering from pesky mould and damp. And these £6 hanging dehumidifiers have been effective in protecting his clothes.
As he showed in a round-up for the Manchester Evening News: "I was, of course, sceptical but these things have actually been such a lifesaver. Since using these, we've stopped having the problem completely, so I genuinely can't recommend having them around enough if you're plagued by mould."
Another beauty find from our lifestyle guru Lucy Addicott
Body sand sounds bizarre and suitably outrageous at first, but it's just a fancy take on your usual body scrub slash exfoliator. Made out of pink clay this four-in-one product is said to help draw out impurities from the skin, leaving you feeling smooth and pore-free.
Reduced in the current Amazon Spring Deal Days sale you can buy it for a much cheaper £15, for the standard 100G product.
Picked out by consumer lead Harriet as someone who's grown up with dogs
Another one for pet lovers, in particular muddy pups, although we can't quite make up our mind if this Dog Paw Cleaner is outrageously practical or just a faff. The £8 product is designed to pop your dog's mucky paw in to clean off any grass, mud or poo they may walk in before traipsing it through the house.
It's designed to fill partially with water, and as you put your dog's paw into it the silicone 'spikes' will gently brush off any muck. Ideal for small to medium-sized dogs.

Last up is an item which got our whole team laughing, and most like showing the dedication some have when it comes to their appearance.... and that's this Double Chin Reducer Mask. Hey if it makes you feel more confident we say go for it, as many shoppers this Amazon sale season are doing.
At £5.99 it's a relatively inexpensive price to pay to see if this stretchy garment will help tighten the skin around your chin and neck. The Amazon listing states that it will help 'reduce sagging' and the idea is you wear it throughout the day, whether you're working from home, or winding down to a film.
