As he met fans outside the terminal, he signed autographs and posed for selfies. His brows are raised here and his relaxed smile suggests good humour."
Beckham's Inter Miami plan dealt first blow which could block Messi transferDavid slapped Mark with the lawsuit, citing a fitness brand deal which allegedly cost him £8.5million. Despite forming a longtime friendship, David claimed he felt "duped" by Mark who he claims agreed to be a global ambassador for their gym group, F45.
The messy financial situation comes when David claimed he was promised stocks, but wasn't given transparency on their value. In response, he hit Mark Wahlberg Investment Group [MWIG] and F45 founders Adam Gilchrist and Rob Deutsch with the lawsuit.
As for Mark's side, he's asking for the court to dismiss the charges, saying that there was no "fraudulent conduct." Documents obtained by The Sun claim that "209 page, 610 paragraph SAC [complaint] tries to make up with length what it lacks in merit."
David isn't the only one dealing with beef with Mark. Golfer Greg Norman is also looking into legal action, but was advised by the court to file separately from David.
While he has two people potentially turning on him, he seems to be handling it well. Mark's continuing on with life, entertaining his fans, and even smiling through the problems.
