The 32-year-old showed off her impressive physique in the snaps which showed her and her husband Rio Ferdinand paddleboarding while in Portugal with their kids. The former Manchester United and England defender, 45, is dad to Lorenz, 17, Tate, 15, and Tia, 13, with his late wife Rebecca Ellison, and shares son Cree, three and daughter Shae, 10 months, with The Only Way Is Essex star.
In the touching post, Kate can be seen relaxing with her blended family as they enjoy a sun-soaked family trip abroad, and she simply captioned the post: “An early morning sunrise trip.” However, her fans were distracted by her incredible figure in the snaps, which was highlighted by her posing on a paddleboard in a bikini.

This is the second holiday in a matter of weeks for Kate and Rio, as last month they jetted off to the French Riviera to celebrate the wedding of PrettyLittleThing billionaire Umar Kamani and Nada Adelle. Kate looked incredible as she shared a video of their romantic trip on Instagram, which showcased her outfits for the star-studded wedding celebration. “Reminiscing about the most beautiful weekend watching @umarkamani & @nadakamani get married. I just love love,” she gushed.
