The reality TV legend's fans think she may have gone under the knife for a procedure. They flocked to social media site Reddit to comment that they had not seen recent shots of her.
One fan wrote: "I wonder why Kim is posting old pictures from 7 months ago. Recovering from surgery? No designers to dress her?"

Meanwhile Kim was facing further backlash after her daughter North won a role in The Lion King. She was slammed by fans after a video claimed she "pulled strings" to get North West cast in The Lion King.
Kim came under fire after a TikTok user claimed that her own daughter had been overlooked despite being perfect for the part and said that Kim had "paid" to get North the role. The scathing clip was shared on social media and prompted a sea of comments criticising Kim."
One user wrote: "This family has never been told 'no' and it’s sad." A second scathed on Reddit: "Pimp mama Kim. How gross and entitled the KarJenners are...its disgusting.."
A third said: "Parents really need to teach their kids that celebrities and their kids ain’t s***. There should be laws and regulations on how much money kids under 18 should make per year." A fourth social media user commented: "Well said...the nepotism in the entertainment industry stinks."

Another user then confirmed that the post had in fact come from a comedian who had made the whole thing up as they replied: "Yeah she's a comedian."
Despite the backlash, North received a standing ovation after her stage debut as Simba in the production of The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl. The ten-year-old showed that she has been blessed with talent as she sang at the 30th anniversary concert celebrating the Disney classic, with her proud parents, grandmother Kris Jenner and aunt Kourtney Kardashian with husband Travis Barker watching the show.
