Ryan Gosling shared one moment from La La Land that "haunts" him to this day.
The Fall Guy star did an interview with WSJ Magazine's The One video series where he opened up about his acting career both past and future. Though he's been in various movies, one of his most iconic roles is in La La Land where he plays pianist Sebastian Wilder.
The movie poster shows Ryan and co-star Emma Stone as they dance among the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles. But there's one thing about the poster that makes Ryan want to reshoot the scene.

"There’s a moment that haunts me where we’re dancing, Emma and I. I didn’t know this would become the poster for the movie,” he said in the interview, "But I thought we were supposed to have our hands up and I thought it’d be cool to put my hand like that."
Austin Butler drank microwaved ice cream to gain weight for Elvis roleRyan then motioned to how his arm was up but his wrist laid flat. He admitted he thought at the time it was a good idea "even though everyone told me it wasn't cool."
"Now when I look at it — and I have to see it all the time — you know what would have been cooler than this?" he flexed his hand into an up position, similar to how Emma's is in the poster, "That."
He added that it "killed the energy" and he regretted the choice. "It was sort of like, all leading to what? Just like a lazy…I call it ‘La La Hand,'" he said.
While being interviewed by WSJ, the actor also shared his reasoning for not wanting to take on "dark roles" anymore.
"I don’t really take roles that are going to put me in some kind of dark place," he said, "This moment is what I feel like trying to read the room at home and feel like what is going to be best for all of us. The decisions I make, I make them with Eva [Mendes], and we make them with our family in mind first."
Ryan has been with Eva Mendes since 2011 and the couple are now married with two daughters, Esmerelda, nine, and Amada, eight.
