EAGLE-EYED Glastonbury fans have flagged a slew of top acts they believe will play secret sets this year.

Loyal festival-goers at the annual Worthy Farm extravaganza have been quick to call out gaps in the schedule - which they reckon is a telling sign of further add-ons to the line-up.

It comes after the headline acts for Glastonbury 2024 were confirmed, with popstar Dua Lipa kicking off proceedings on the Friday.

Now Glastonbury fans have turned their attention to the Woodsies Stage, which has listed a gap at a prime time of 6pm on Saturday.

Yellow singers Coldplay will be taking to the main stage that night yet the likes of Kings of Leon and Kasabian have been tipped as the early-evening support.

This is because fans have noted they have been filling their social media pages with references to the festival in previous years

Back in 2014, Kasabian headlined the Pyramid Stage for the first time, while Kings Of Leon starred there six years before.

One fan was quick to note the gaps in the secret sets and linked them to the bands.

They wrote on X: "KoL keeping my head spinning with yet another Glastonbury video!

"Surely this must be hints or why is it just Glasto videos?!"

Another then noted how Kings of Leon are performing at the British Summertime Festival in London later in the summer and quipped: "Well @KingsOfLeon… you know where you NEED to warm up that weekend!!! Glastonbury."

Bookies William Hill have now suspended bets on Fire hitmakers Kasabian filling a secret slot.

William Hill spokesperson Lee Phelps told The Sun on Wednesday: “We only opened our market on acts that could play secret sets at Glastonbury yesterday, but after seeing some telling bets on Kasabian to make an appearance, we’ve been forced to suspend betting on them.

“Plenty of people seem to be in the know that Serge Pizzorno’s band will be appearing at Glasto and have taken the initial 3/1 we offered.

“Kasabian aside, our market remains open, with Pulp 6/4 favourites to play a secret set, ahead of Kings Of Leon at 2/1 and The Killers at 3/1.”

Brit rock band The Smile - which counts Radiohead's Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood as members along with Tom Skinner - have also been tipped for a spot.

It comes as they noted their European tour will wrap in Taranto, Italy, on June 22 - four days before Glastonbury kicks off.

One fan mused on X: "The first leg of their European tour will be finished by then and they officially launched The Smile as a band three years ago at Glastonbury."

GLASTO FEST

There are believed to be around 28 mystery acts yet to be confirmed for the four-day festival, with further gaps on the Levels stage, Nowhere stage and BBC Introducing stage.

Dua Lipa's Friday headline slot will be the star's first Glastonbury appearance in seven years.

Speaking to the BBC, the Levitating hitmaker said how Glastonbury occupied "50% of my thoughts".

Dua then added: "I’ve got to figure out a way to make 150,000 people feel like they’re in a small little nightclub.

"That’s the goal, and if there’s one place to do it, it’s got to be Glasto."

Coldplay will then take the helm the following day and will come off the back off their headline slots in 2002, 2005, 2011 and 2016.

They also played the New Tent in 1999 and The Other Stage in 2000.

Meanwhile, US songstress SZA will front the headline slot on Sunday.

The star, whose real name is Solana Imani Rowe, will make her Glastonbury debut and no doubt showcase tracks from her two studio albums, three EPs, one live album and 44 singles.

Additionally, Man I Feel Like A Woman country star Shania Twain will be taking on the legends slot on Sunday.
