Kourtney Kardashian is back at work after giving birth to son Rocky.

Months after welcoming her son with husband Travis Barker, the reality TV star is busy filming scenes for the upcoming series of The Kardashians. Documenting the process on her social media, the 45-year-old got candid with her 223million fans on Instagram.

Addressing her followers in an open and honest upload, Kourtney admitted she was "not quite feeling ready" for such a big shoot. Explaining her struggles three months postpartum, she confessed "shifting" her "mindset" in recent weeks after giving birth.

Uploading glamourous snaps from the Kardashians shoot, Kourtney wrote in the post's caption: "BTS shooting all the promos for our @kardashianshulu billboards n’ stuff for season 5! I was 3 months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there’s lots and lots of people watching me all day.

She added: "And even though my baby boy was with me all day on set it’s not the same when I’m covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus our snuggly days at home in pajamas. But something I’ve been doing lately is shifting my mind set and thinking of the positives! I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work. How fun to get to be glammed up when I’ve been home for months in pajamas.

"How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom…we really have so much fun together! What a beautiful life," Kourtney concluded. Fans flocked to the post's comments section, praising her candid caption and stunning ensemble during filming.

"What a beautiful example of vulnerability and courage you're setting for all mommas," one follower wrote. Another added: "On behalf of postpartum moms everywhere. thank you." A third said: "Your body looks amazing esp after a fourth kid only 3 months later."
